Underwriters spend their day declining risks that were never a fit for the class, the state or the size.
Missing loss runs, missing supplementals, a second and third round of questions before anything can be rated.
You see what was submitted. You do not see the risks that fit your appetite and went somewhere else.
We map your classes, states, limits and exclusions into structured rules.
Brokers describe the risk and your appetite is checked before a submission is created.
You receive a complete, normalized file with the supporting documents attached.
Return indications through the API, or quote the way you do today.
Risks are screened against your published appetite before they reach an underwriter. Fewer declinations, higher hit ratio.
Normalized data and required documents on arrival. No chasing the retail broker for a third supplemental.
Reach independent retail brokers across 50 states without building or managing the relationships yourself.
Tighten a class, exit a state or open a new limit band, and it is live at intake immediately.
Third party data appended at intake through our data partners, so the file arrives with more than the broker typed.
See the risks brokers searched for that you did not write, by class, state and size.
Data rights are defined in the carrier agreement before a single submission is routed. Submission data is used to place the risk with you and to report back to you, and for nothing else. We do not resell it, we do not train competing products on it, and we do not use it to build a book against you.
BindMarket is licensed in all 50 states and carries surplus lines authority, so filings, taxes and diligent search documentation sit with us. Controls are SOC 2 aligned, with encryption in transit and at rest, least privilege access and an annual penetration test.
Our hit ratio on BindMarket submissions is roughly double what we see from open brokerage. The files arrive complete, and the class is right before we open them.
Bring a class and a state. We will show you the broker demand we are seeing and what integration would look like.
